TheatreWorks presents fall 2021 production

11.05.2021

ý TheatreWorks presents its fall production, “Winter Break,” written by Joe Calarco and directed by Professor Nancy Taylor Porter, with performances Nov. 11-13 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 14 at 2 p.m. in Sibert Theatre located in McGaw Fine Arts Center.

Following the lives of 19 teenagers on the last day before winter break, this play shows how they navigate new and old friendships, breaking up, being alone and belonging, losing a family member, unearthing ghosts of the past, and discovering their own path. With both warmth and humor, “Winter Break” opens our eyes to new possibilities and helps us find comfort in our shared experiences.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for ý faculty, staff and all other students. Admission for ý students is free.

Seating will be limited to the first 100 patrons. Friends and family of the ýcommunity are encouraged to attend Friday and Saturday performances.
